• Portfolio Requirement: Applicants MUST submit a link to their digital portfolio or attach a PDF showcasing recent 3D renders, concepts, and working drawings along with their CV.

• Software Proficiency:

  • Expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and SketchUp.

  • High proficiency in rendering software: V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.

  • Graphic presentation skills using Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator/CorelDraw is a plus).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong design, space-planning, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Solid understanding of both interior and exterior design practices, materials, and finishing.

  • Ability to independently prepare comprehensive working drawings.

• Management & Soft Skills:

  • Effective time management to handle multiple project deadlines simultaneously.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and standard regulations (e.g., BNBC, RAJUK guidelines) is highly desired.

Job Context: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Architect / Interior Architect to lead conceptualization, design, and site execution for our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will blend strong aesthetic sensibilities with practical site management skills, taking ownership of projects from initial layout to final handover.

Job Responsibilities

• Design & Conceptualization: Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project scope.

• Drafting & Modeling: Prepare precise 2D working drawings, layout plans, and detailed construction drawings. Create high-quality 3D models and realistic, immersive renderings.

• Documentation & Estimation: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs), detailed cost estimates, material specifications, and formal design presentations.

• Coordination & Integration: Coordinate seamlessly with clients, structural consultants, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to ensure design feasibility and integration of services.

• Site Management: Conduct regular site visits, supervise project execution, and ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards.

• Project Delivery: Ensure all projects are executed and delivered according to approved designs, budgets, and timelines.
