Experience:
Strong troubleshooting ability in electrical and mechanical systems.
Good knowledge of diesel engines and generator systems.
Knowledge of PLC/control modules and automatic control systems will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently at customer sites.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for service support.
Must have practical knowledge of tools and equipment used for servicing.
Ability to prepare service reports and technical documentation.
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Perform installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel generators, construction machinery, and related equipment.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimum downtime.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults of generators, engines, control panels, and heavy construction equipment.
Troubleshoot generator control systems, AVR, ATS/AMF panels, battery charging systems, wiring, sensors, and protection systems.
Perform engine-related maintenance including fuel system, lubrication system, cooling system, air intake system, and mechanical components.
Carry out inspection, testing, and commissioning of newly installed generator sets and construction equipment.
Perform load testing, performance checking, and operational analysis of generator systems.
Attend emergency breakdown calls at customer sites and provide quick technical solutions.
Maintain service records, equipment history reports, job completion reports, and spare parts requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding operation and maintenance of equipment.
Coordinate with service team, workshop team, and customers for smooth execution of service activities.
Ensure proper use of tools, safety equipment, and compliance with workplace safety procedures.
Provide technical feedback to management regarding equipment performance, recurring faults, and improvement opportunities.
Support warranty claims, inspection reports, and after-sales service activities.
Perform maintenance and repair of diesel engines and construction machinery.
Troubleshoot engine starting problems, overheating issues, abnormal noise, vibration, and performance problems.
Carry out servicing activities including:
Engine oil replacement
Filter replacement
Cooling system maintenance
Fuel system checking
Belt and hose inspection
Inspect mechanical parts such as pumps, bearings, couplings, hydraulic components, and drive systems.
Maintain construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, compressors, rollers, and other heavy machinery.
