Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:

·         B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

OR

Diploma in Power / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience,

·         Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Good command of English (both written and spoken).

·         Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·         Willingness to travel as needed.

·         Age: 25 to 30 Years



Responsibilities & Context:

·         Promote and sell the company’s Construction & Material Handling equipment and services to existing and new potential clients.

·         Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

·         Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and sales reports.

·         Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.

·         Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Construction  & Material Handling equipment.

·         Provide after-sales service and technical support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

·         Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and service delivery.

·         Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and customer interactions.

·         Achieve assigned sales targets and meet service-related KPIs.

·         Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to support business growth.

·         Address customer queries, issues, and follow up for payment collection.

·         Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of complaints.

·         Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and documentation for internal review.

·         Maintain CRM data and ensure accuracy of sales records.

·         Support in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and demonstrations.

·         Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the management as required.
