Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and execute the long-term business strategy for the cable division.

• Take full ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, cost management, and achievement of EBIT targets.

• Establish and expand the dealer and distributor network across Bangladesh, focusing on both retail and institutional/project sales.

• Drive strategic tie-ups with large-scale infrastructure projects, real estate developers, government bodies (REB, PDB), and industrial clients.

• Oversee the development of sales strategies for different product segments (house wiring, industrial cables, armored cables, etc.).

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to vendor sourcing.

• Ensure product quality meets BSTI and international standards, managing compliance and regulatory affairs.

• Optimize inventory levels to balance working capital with market demand.

• Build the brand from scratch, overseeing marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and participation in industry events.

• Position the company as a reliable and quality-driven player in the market.

• Mentor and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and operations.

• Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.
