Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Promote and sell the company's real estate projects, including apartments, plots, and commercial properties.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Identify prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Negotiate sales agreements and ensure successful deal closures.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional and lead-generation activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or a relevant discipline will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
Prior experience in Real Estate, Land Development, Housing, Property Sales, or Construction Industry will be highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
Additional Requirements
Age: 26-36 years.
