Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting footwear and related products.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Arrange and display products properly in the showroom.

• Maintain stock on shelves and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.

• Handle billing/POS operations (training will be provided if required).

• Maintain cleanliness and an attractive store appearance.

• Perform other store-related duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) pass.

• Bachelor's degree (running or completed) will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in footwear, fashion retail, or any retail sales will be preferred.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Male & Female both are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Smart, honest, punctual, and well-groomed.

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Basic knowledge of smartphone/computer operation will be an added advantage.
