Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the company's brand, products, and target market.
Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays, including window installations, interior displays, and special promotional setups, to attract and engage customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective visual presentations.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to determine the impact of visual merchandising efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our visual merchandising fresh and competitive.
