We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Territory Manager to manage our retail operations and drive business growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the performance of multiple showrooms within the assigned territory.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

Lead and mentor showroom staff to enhance customer service and sales performance.

Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and operational efficiency in all locations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market conditions for senior management.

Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and brand visibility.
