Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
Explore new markets, products, and sales channels.
Develop strategic partnerships to support business growth.
Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets.
Monitor return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources.
