• Must have a Motorcycle. No need to apply without a motorcycle.
• Must be qualified to drive a motorcycle.
• Preference will be given to individuals with marketing skills.

• Achieve sales targets for fish Medicine; identify and onboard new agents in underserved markets.

• Provide hands-on support to fish farmers to enhance productivity and profitability.

• Conduct regular market visits and gather actionable feedback.

• Organize training sessions for farmer development.

• Establish and manage model aquaculture ponds, including coordination and reporting.

• Resolve field-level issues faced by fish farmers promptly and effectively.

• Support integration of new ponds into existing aquaculture operations.

• Creating daily/weekly sales reports.

• Meeting directly with stores/dealers/customers.
