  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bangladesh and abroad for business development and customer engagement.



Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview:

The Manager – Sales & Marketing will lead sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence. Manage key accounts, analyze market trends, and coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business profitability. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with local and international customers also identifying new business opportunities, and positioning BPCL as a leading sustainable and environmentally responsible manufacturer in the industry.

Key Job Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with customers.

  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to ensure achievement of targets.

Marketing & Business Development

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen BPCL's market position and brand image.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

  • Explore new market segments and applications for recycled PET products.

  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, industry forums, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

  • Prepare product presentations, promotional materials, and business proposals.

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

  • Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, demand forecasts, and competitor activities.

  • Provide management with market intelligence and business insights for decision-making.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with production, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.

  • Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to optimize sales operations.

  • Support product development initiatives by sharing customer and market feedback.

Team Leadership & KPIs

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team.

  • Set performance objectives and monitor team productivity.

  • Achievement of sales and revenue targets.

  • New business development and contract acquisition.

  • Profitability of sales operations.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and market information.
