নিরাপত্তা ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ বিষয়ে সুস্পষ্ট ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
· বয়লার সিস্টেম নিরাপদ ও দক্ষভাবে পরিচালনা ও পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
· প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সঠিক স্টিম চাপ ও তাপমাত্রা বজায় রাখা।
· ফিডওয়াটার, কনডেনসেট, ফুয়েল লেভেলসহ অন্যান্য উপকরণ নিয়মিত পরিদর্শন করা।
· বয়লার, বার্নার, ভাল্ব, পাম্প ও সংশ্লিষ্ট যন্ত্রাংশের রুটিন পরিদর্শন ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ।
· প্রেসার, তাপমাত্রা, পানির স্তর, জ্বালানি খরচ ও নির্গমনের তথ্য রেকর্ড রাখা।
· যেকোনো সমস্যা বা ত্রুটি শনাক্ত করে তাৎক্ষণিক সুপারভাইজারকে অবহিত করা।
· বয়লার রুম পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা এবং ব্লো-ডাউন সিস্টেম নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার করা।
· নিরাপত্তা নির্দেশিকা ও স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অপারেটিং প্রসিডিউর (SOP) মেনে কাজ করা।
· দৈনন্দিনঅপারেশনলগওমেরামতেরনথিসংরক্ষণকরা।
