• Experience: Previous retail or sales experience, ideally in home furnishings or interior design.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light showroom rearranging or lifting.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts, which are peak hours for retail furniture

1. Customer Consultation: Welcome customers, assess their furnishing needs, and offer personalized recommendations.

2. Product Expertise: Maintain detailed knowledge of furniture materials, craftsmanship, warranties, and customization options.

3. Showroom Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and styled attractively to maximize visual appeal.

4. Sales & Transactions: Process sales accurately, manage payment options (including financing or EMI), and coordinate home delivery.

5. Inventory & Ordering: Assist with stock checks, process special orders, and update inventory systems.

6. Aftercare & Follow-up: Reach out to clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
