Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Promote and sell the company's real estate projects, including apartments, plots, and commercial properties.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

  • Identify prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.

  • Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure successful deal closures.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional and lead-generation activities.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

 

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  • MBA in Marketing or a relevant discipline will be considered an advantage.

 

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.

  • Prior experience in Real Estate, Land Development, Housing, Property Sales, or Construction Industry will be highly preferred.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.

 

 

Additional Requirements

  • Age: 26-36 years.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
