Additional Requirements:
  • Age 32 to 42 years
  • 3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Government Tender Management, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.

  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.Strong knowledge of government procurement and tender procedures.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Manage end-to-end sales operations and administrative activities.

  2. Identify, prepare, and submit government and private tender documents within deadlines.

  3. Coordinate commercial operations, including quotations, contracts, and pricing.

  4. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

  5. Coordinate BG/PG/APG-related business activities and product management.

  6. Prepare and maintain accurate tender and sales documentation.

  7. Liaise with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, tender requirements, and regulatory standards.

  9. Manage sales and operational data through the ERP system and generate reports.

  10. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and monitor competitors.

  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency.

  12. Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, government authorities, and business partners.
