Salary: BDT 30,000 – 60,000 (Negotiable based on experience, skills, and interview performance)

## Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the company's Fashion related Online Brand. The successful candidate will lead branding initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, business development activities, customer acquisition strategies, and AI-driven marketing operations while working closely with management and other departments.

## Key Responsibilities & Brand Building & Business Strategy

* Develop and execute long-term brand development strategies.

* Build and position the Fashion Brand as a trusted and recognizable name in the market.

* Develop business growth plans and market expansion strategies.

* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

* Analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.

* Coordinate with sales, production, merchandising, and creative teams.

* Set monthly business goals and monitor team performance.

### Digital Marketing & Customer Growth

* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.

* Develop content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

* Manage social media growth and customer acquisition campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance and improve marketing ROI through data-driven decisions.

## Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Brand Management, Business Development, Digital Marketing, or a similar managerial role.

* Strong expertise in Brand Building, Business Strategy, and Market Development.

* Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Brand Positioning.

* Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.

* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
