RANGS eMART is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented leader to join our Retail Sales Operations team as a Zonal Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving retail sales growth, managing showroom operations, leading high-performing sales teams, and expanding market presence within your assigned zone/area.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed retail targets across assigned showrooms within the zone.

• Showroom Operations: Oversee overall branch management, operational compliance, inventory control, and customer service standards.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate Branch Managers (BMs), Assistant Branch Managers (ABMs), and sales executives to ensure peak performance.

• Market Expansion & Competitor Intelligence: Analyze local market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify strategic growth opportunities.

• Customer Experience: Ensure premium brand experience, high customer satisfaction, and effective visual merchandising across all outlets.

• Stock & Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and smooth stock replenishment.
