Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement.
Attract and assist customers by providing accurate product information and suitable HP/EMI solutions.
Maintain and update customer records and the sales database.
Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
Coordinate the timely and safe delivery of products to customers.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual customers to generate business opportunities.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
