Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the overall daily operations of the branch.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a premium shopping experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets and branch KPIs.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Maintain product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards.
Monitor stock movement, stock accuracy, and minimize inventory loss.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Prepare daily sales reports, cash reports, and operational documentation.
Ensure proper cash handling and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards of the outlet.
Coordinate with the Head Office regarding sales, stock, manpower, and operational matters.
Participate in training programs and develop leadership and branch management skills.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
