Responsibilities & Context:
Strong knowledge of Ladies Traditional, Semi-Western, and Kids Wear.
Excellent fashion illustration and sketching skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
Knowledge of garment construction, pattern, fit, and finishing.
Strong understanding of fabrics, washing, printing, embroidery, and embellishments.
Ability to forecast fashion trends and consumer preferences.
Strong color coordination and fabric selection skills.
Experience in retail fashion brands in Bangladesh.
Knowledge of local and international fashion markets.
Understanding of costing and commercial product development.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent planning and time management.
Leadership and team management capability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
