Responsibilities & Context:

Execute the merchandising process from product development to final delivery.

Handle Men's, Ladies' and Kids' apparel (Knit & Woven).

Manage both in-house production and outsourced production from third-party factories.

Follow up on sample development (Fit Sample, PP Sample, Size Set, Sales Sample and Production Sample).

Monitor the Time & Action (T&A) calendar to ensure on-time production and shipment.

Track raw material status and coordinate timely procurement.

Ensure production quality by coordinating with QA/QC teams and factory management.

Conduct regular factory visits to monitor production progress and resolve production issues.

Prepare production plans and follow up on capacity utilization.

Maintain strong communication with vendors, factories and internal departments.

Monitor inventory levels of fabrics and accessories to avoid shortages.

Prepare merchandising reports, production status reports and delivery updates for management.

Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, costing, approvals, samples and production records.

Perform any other merchandising-related duties assigned by management.

Operate the company's ERP system for merchandising and production activities.

Create and maintain Product Master, BOM (Bill of Materials), Style, SKU and Item Codes.

Generate Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO) and Material Issue Requests through ERP.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the ERP system.

Coordinate with the IT and ERP teams for system improvements and troubleshooting.
