Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise and ensure smooth day-to-day store and department operations according to company SOPs and standards.

• Monitor sales, stock levels, product replenishment, merchandising and inventory turnover.

• Ensure proper product display, shelf management and overall store presentation.

• Minimize product shrinkage, wastage and stock losses through effective inventory control.

• Maintain proper quality, hygiene, preservation and presentation standards, especially for fresh and perishable products.

• Lead, supervise and guide team members to ensure effective performance and excellent customer service.

• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally and ensure a premium shopping experience.

• Assist customers with product-related information covering FMCG, Fresh Produce, Non-Food and specialty products.

• Monitor departmental performance and support the team in achieving sales and operational targets.

• Ensure timely replenishment and smooth coordination among relevant departments.

• Maintain a customer-centric service environment and uphold company service standards.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
