Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their needs to provide suitable product recommendations.
Present and explain product features, specifications, prices, and offers clearly.
Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Demonstrate mobile phones, gadgets, accessories, and other products to customers.
Maintain proper product display, pricing, and shop cleanliness.
Process sales transactions accurately and maintain necessary sales records.
Follow up with customers and build strong, long-term relationships.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate inventory awareness and report stock shortages to the manager.
Stay updated on new products, promotions, and market trends.
Follow company policies, sales procedures, and professional standards.
