Responsibilities & Context:

দায়িত্বঃ

• বিক্রয় কর্মীদের নেতৃত্ব, পরামর্শদান এবং তত্ত্বাবধান করা।

• ব্যতিক্রমী গ্রাহক পরিষেবা প্রদান এবং গ্রাহকদের জিজ্ঞাসার সমাধান করা।

• বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য নির্ধারণ করা এবং বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করা।

• বিক্রয় কৌশল বিকাশের জন্য সহযোগিতা করা।

• পণ্য প্রদর্শন এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।

• পণ্যের স্টক নেয়া এবং পণ্যের স্টক নথিভুক্ত করা।

• কোম্পানির নীতি,পদ্ধতি বজায় রাখা এবং অনুসরণ করা।

• শোরুম খোলা এবং বন্ধ করার পদ্ধতিতে সহায়তা করা।

• বিক্রয় প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করা এবং যেকোনো সমস্যা, অসঙ্গতি বা অস্বাভাবিক পরিস্থিতির প্রতিবেদন করা।

• বিলিং, বিক্রয় এবং বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য পূরণ করা। সফ্টওয়্যার দ্বারা যেকোনো ডেটা, প্রোডাক্ট এবং প্রয়োজনীয় সকল কাজ এন্ট্রি করা।

  বিঃদ্র্যঃ কোম্পানির সার্থে যে কোনো কাজের জন্য মন মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
