Skills Required: CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Distribution Service Management,People Management

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Valid driving license will be considered an advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead, supervise, and manage the daily activities of field force personnel across assigned regions.

  • Plan and allocate field resources to ensure timely execution of installation, maintenance, and service operations.

  • Monitor field performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Conduct regular field visits, inspections, and performance evaluations.

  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, productivity metrics, and field performance dashboards.

  • Resolve operational issues and customer escalations promptly and effectively.

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop field team members to improve performance and productivity.

  • Manage attendance, leave, discipline, and overall workforce productivity.

  • Optimize operational costs while maintaining high service quality.

  • Ensure proper documentation, inventory control, and asset management within the field operations.

  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
