Responsibilities & Context:
NGEN IT LIMITED is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and technology-friendly Site & Testing Executive to support website management, software testing, product sourcing and documentation activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and regularly update company websites
• Upload products, solutions, blogs, news and other website content
• Write and edit professional product and service content
• Conduct functional testing of websites, software and mobile applications
• Identify bugs, errors and usability issues and report them to developers
• Prepare test reports, user manuals, project documentation and checklists
• Coordinate with developers to verify bug fixes and project updates
• Conduct online product and technology research
• Support product sourcing and supplier information collection
• Maintain organized records of website updates and testing activities
• Assist with SEO-friendly content preparation and website improvement
