• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age 18 to 36 years

• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical projects, solar, power solutions, EV charging or technical sales preferred. Must be comfortable with regular market/site visits and customer meetings. Basic knowledge of electrical load, cabling, protection, solar PV, inverter, battery/storage and site survey/BOM will be an advantage. Strong communication, technical learning and sales follow-up ability are required.

NGEN IT LIMITED is expanding its EV Charging, Solar and Power & Energy Solutions business and is looking for an Electrical/EEE Engineer who can work in both technical sales and engineering/application support.

The role covers customer development, site visits, technical requirement assessment, proposal preparation, project coordination, sales closure and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop EV Charging, Solar and related Power & Energy business.
• Visit customers and project sites to identify opportunities.
• Conduct preliminary site surveys and collect electrical/load requirements.
• Support charger/solar selection, BOQ/BOM and technical solution preparation.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with principals/manufacturers for pricing and technical support.
• Follow enquiries through negotiation and sales closure.
• Support installation, commissioning and after-sales coordination.
• Maintain leads, surveys, quotations and follow-ups in CRM.
• Support relevant tenders and project opportunities.

Preferred Technology Knowledge

Knowledge of AC/DC EV Charging, electrical load assessment, cabling/protection, solar PV, inverter, battery/storage and basic site survey/BOM preparation will be preferred.

Relevant product and solution training will be provided.
