• Generate new sales for Broadband Internet, Dedicated Internet, and Enterprise Connectivity services.

• Identify prospective residential, SME, corporate, and SOHO customers through field visits, referrals, digital marketing leads, and networking.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and departmental KPIs.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Spectra's services and solutions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with prospective clients.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service implementation and customer onboarding.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and customer information in the CRM system.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sales support.
