Minimum 15 years hand-on experience in IT department with at least 03 years experience in similar role
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and data management
Ability to do cost-benefit analyses the ROI of technical projects to top management
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business language
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement short-term & long-term strategies to full-fill organizational growth and support new initiatives
Lead and monitor operational team performance, set performance goals and foster continuous development
Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and project delivery schedules
Implement risk management frameworks, data privacy and protection, and ensure compliance with regulations
Ensure performance and security of networks, servers, and enterprise software
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate new technology solutions.
Develop disaster recovery plans to safeguard organizational data
