Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and greet visitors, clients, and customers professionally
Handle incoming calls, Facebook page messages, WhatsApp, and customer queries
Provide product information and assist customers with order-related support
Follow up with customers regarding delivery, complaints, and after-sales service
Maintain customer records and daily communication reports
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operation teams when needed
Support office administrative tasks
Ensure proper customer service and positive customer experience
