Responsibilities & Context:
1) Install and maintain IT hardware, software, servers, and network systems.
2) Ensure smooth operation of LAN/Wi-Fi across the hotel premises.
3) Provide technical support for all IT equipment and end users with ERP software related issues.
4) Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
5) Manage and support hotel systems (PMS, POS, booking platforms).
6) Monitor network security, data protection, and system backups.
7) Maintain CCTV, IP cameras, and access control systems.
8) Perform regular data backup and ensure recovery readiness.
9) Coordinate with vendors for IT support, maintenance, and services.
10) Maintain IT documentation, reports, and support pre-opening setup & system upgrades.
