Responsibilities & Context:
· Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and office applications.
· Assist in maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
· Maintain IT inventory, user accounts, and system documentation.
· Support data backup, recovery, and information security procedures.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related maintenance.
· Assist in implementing company IT policies and best practices.
· Perform any additional IT-related responsibilities assigned by management.
