Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring civil engineering projects.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, BOQs, estimates, work schedules, and technical reports.
Support project execution by coordinating with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Conduct site visits when required and prepare inspection and progress reports.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Monitor project timelines and ensure proper documentation of project activities.
Maintain records of materials, measurements, and project-related correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and safety procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
