Responsibilities & Context:
Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work as per project specifications and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
Verify the responsibilities and outputs of team members to ensure accountability.
Identify and resolve issues related to finishing work in a timely manner.
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project managers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
Scheduling, checking and monitoring of works.
Bill checking, estimation, preparing budget.
Track daily e-GP portals and notices for new project listings.
Filter and identify viable tenders matching company capabilities.
Prepare technical proposals, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and financial offers.
Apply deep knowledge of Public Procurement Acts (PPA) and Public Procurement Regulations (PPR).
