• Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work as per project specifications and standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.

• Verify the responsibilities and outputs of team members to ensure accountability.

• Identify and resolve issues related to finishing work in a timely manner.

• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project managers.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.

• Managing, Supervision and Contract Administration of all Civil Related works under the guidance of the Project Management team.

• Scheduling, checking and monitoring of works.

• Bill checking, estimation, preparing budget.

• Coordination between various disciplines of work and ensuring timely completion of civil works.

• e- GP Tender submission.

• Must be know about AutoCAD with practical implementation experience.

• Minimum 5 years experience in any reputed Construction company
