Responsibilities & Context:

• Formulate and manage a social media content strategy that encompasses company goals and aligns with the brand image.

• Provide creative ideas for ongoing content creation.

• Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, including budgeting, targeting, tracking, and developing ad content.

• Extend social media presence and visual marketing to highly relevant platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

• Execute direct media buying on online news portals.

• Conceptualize and publish advertisements on printed media.

• Keep liaison with marketing vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

• Conceptualize on-site branding and marketing communication materials.

• Plan internal and external events in coordination with the Administration department.

• Maintain consistent brand image and messaging across all branding and marketing initiatives.

• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and social media campaigns.

• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on marketing performance.

• Collaborate with relevant food bloggers and influence’s to expand brand reach.

• Monitor competitor digital campaigns and actively manage community engagement (comments, messages, reviews).

• Complete any other tasks assigned by Management.
