• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Real Estate, Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 28 years
• Only Male

• Company must have computer skill (MS Word, MS Excel)

• Analytical skill, Time Management skill, critical thinking

• Checking & Verification of all bills, vouchers and others supporting documents with ERP software

• Post-checking of different suppliers / parties’ bill, sub contract bill with approval rate sheet 

• Check all work order, Comparative Statement, quotation & others supporting documents 

• Suppliers showroom / market visit for ensuring rate & quality 

• Check vehicles maintenance bill

• Weekly Factory Visit and Physical inventory check & verification 

• Attendance report sheet check & verification 

• Monthly production Report check with production card &salary sheet  

• Monthly Salary, Over Time sheet, Holiday and Night Bill check & verification        

• Physical cash count with all other financial related documents checks and verification

• Prepare Bank and Inter-company loan reconciliation statement  

• Check Tax & VAT Related Register & Invoice 

• Export & Import purpose all L/C, BB L/C, PI, Invoice, realize value, C&F bills check &verification

• Pre-inspection on HR Compliance issues according to buyers’ requirements in the Garments Division

• Any other task assigned by management time to time.
