Experience:
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
CA (CC), CA Part Qualified, CMA Part Qualified, or equivalent professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of VAT, Tax, and applicable legal regulations.
Understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet regulatory deadlines.
3–4 years of relevant experience in VAT, Tax, Legal Compliance, or Accounts & Finance.
Experience working with manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or a reputed corporate organization will be preferred.
BYSL Global Technology Group is seeking a dedicated Sr. Executive, VAT and Tax to support the organization's VAT, Tax functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely regulatory compliance, maintaining statutory records, preparing tax and VAT documentation, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and supporting legal and taxation matters in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit VAT, Tax, and other statutory returns in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory deadlines.
Maintain accurate VAT, Tax, and legal records, including invoices, challans, certificates, licenses, and statutory documentation.
Assist in ensuring compliance with VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Prepare tax computations, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documents for audits and regulatory inspections.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and reconcile financial and statutory information.
Support VAT, Tax, and legal audits by preparing required documentation and responding to information requests.
Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies, auditors, consultants, and legal advisors as required.
Monitor changes in VAT, Tax, and relevant legal regulations and report their potential impact to management.
Assist in resolving tax, VAT, and legal compliance issues under the guidance of the department head.
Prepare periodic compliance reports and maintain proper filing of statutory documents.
Support contract documentation, licensing, and other legal administrative activities when required.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.
