Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in maintaining daily financial records and bookkeeping
Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and receipts
Support bank reconciliations and cashbook updates
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Maintain petty cash transactions
Support external and internal audits
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
