Responsibilities & Context:
Booktionary Limited-এর Accounts Team-এ কাজ করার জন্য আমরা একজন দায়িত্বশীল ও হিসাবের কাজে আগ্রহী Accounts Intern খুঁজছি।
আপনার মূল দায়িত্ব হবে প্রতিদিনের Sales, Purchase, Expense এবং Payment-related হিসাবগুলো সঠিকভাবে Update ও Maintain করা।
আপনি যদি Accounting/Finance নিয়ে পড়াশোনা করেন এবং Excel/Google Sheets-এ কাজ করতে স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যবোধ করেন, তাহলে এই Internship আপনার জন্য ভালো একটি সুযোগ হতে পারে।
প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ
প্রতিদিনের Sales Entry করা
Purchase ও Expense Entry Update করা
Invoice তৈরি/সংরক্ষণ এবং Invoice Record Maintain করা
Bank ও Cash Transaction নিয়মিত Update করা
Courier Payment Tracking করা
Supplier Payment Record Update ও Maintain করা
Customer Receivable/Payable এবং Outstanding হিসাব Update করা
Supplier, Courier ও অন্যান্য Business Payment-এর বিষয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় Payment Coordination ও Follow-up করা
প্রয়োজনীয় Accounts Data Excel/Google Sheets-এ Update করা
দৈনন্দিন হিসাবের Record সঠিক ও আপডেট রাখা
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Accounts-related অন্যান্য কাজে সহযোগিতা করা
Stipend: ৳৭,০০০–১০,০০০/মাস
