Food Edge Limited (Bread & Beyond) is looking for a young, energetic, and digitally aware Executive – E-commerce to support and grow its online sales operations. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about e-commerce, online customer service, food delivery platforms, digital order management, and brand presentation across digital channels. The selected candidate will work closely with operations, marketing, and outlet teams to ensure smooth handling of online orders, product listings, and customer engagement.
Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations for Food Edge Limited’s online sales channels, including website, Facebook/Instagram inbox orders, and food delivery platforms.
Upload, update, and maintain product information, pricing, offers, bundles, and availability status on digital platforms.
Coordinate online order processing with outlets, production, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor customer messages, online complaints, feedback, and order-related queries and provide prompt support.
Work closely with outlet and operations teams to confirm stock availability, product readiness, and delivery schedules.
Assist in managing online promotions, campaign offers, seasonal sales activities, and product launches.
Track sales performance, customer demand trends, top-selling items, and platform-wise order data and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with delivery partners and third-party platforms to resolve order, delivery, or payment-related issues.
Ensure attractive and accurate product presentation across all online platforms, including product names, descriptions, photos, and pricing.
Support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, boosting online visibility, and increasing online order conversion.
Monitor competitor offers, food delivery trends, and market activities to identify opportunities for e-commerce growth.
Maintain proper records of online sales, refunds, cancellations, customer feedback, and platform performance.
