Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure best customer service to maintain the brand standard.
∎ Serving the customers with a great hospitality to achieve sales target.
∎ Prepare, decorate & service the foods and drinks for the customers to meet their expectations.
∎ Ensure the payment from the customers for revenue of the company.
∎ Maintain health, safety & security Law for the safety of the customers as well as all other employees.
∎ Work in the shift in a proper and hygienic way to maintain the food safety law.
∎ Counselling with the customers thirsty for information, queries and application to promote and marketing brand value.
∎ Reporting to the Outlet Manager to ensure all assigned tasks have been done properly.
∎ Roster basis time schedule is applicable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 7000 - 7500 (Monthly)
∎ Roster basis time schedule is applicable. People having experience in similar food and bakery industry will be considered with priority.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
