Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell company products
Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate information and follow-up records
Execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate terms and close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management
Ensure proper after-sales service and handle client queries or complaints professionally
Participate in training programs and continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
