Candidates must have prior experience in selling baby diapers
Strong understanding of the local retail and distribution market (Uttara area preferred)
Ability to handle retailers, distributors, and achieve sales targets effectively
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts
Expand market coverage by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in assigned territory
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors to avoid stock shortages
Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities and pricing strategies
Implement company sales and promotional strategies effectively in the field
Collect market feedback and provide insights to management for business improvement
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policy
Prepare and submit daily sales reports, market visit reports, and performance updates
Support trade promotions, campaigns, and branding activities in the assigned area
Maintain discipline, compliance, and company standards in all sales operations
