Position Summary

• We are seeking a results-oriented and driven Executive Officer, Sales and Marketing to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our market reach, and strengthen our brand presence. You will work closely with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.

• Identify and target new market opportunities and customer segments.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.

Sales Execution:

• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

• Negotiate and close deals with major accounts.

• Manage and motivate the sales team (if applicable) to achieve sales targets.

• Provide sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to generate leads, build brand awareness, and support sales efforts.

• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).

• Manage the company's brand identity and positioning.

• Analyze marketing data and track campaign effectiveness.
