Practical experience in dealing with buying House

Must have 5 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager / Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive (Marketing) in Garments Accessories sector.

Must be target oriented and able to achieve the target of Marketing & selling.

Be able to respond well to pressure think creatively, knowledge of garments Accessories processes is an advantage

Skills & Attributes:

Market visit, client hunt, create market opportunities.

Build a strong relationship with the clients and prospects.

Manage and regular follow-up with existing clients and prospects.

Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analyze business activities.

Visit different organizations/ places for developing business/creating new clients.

Create sales presentations for the prospective individual and corporate clients.

Create sales reports and market analyses for sales in-charge and top management

Maintain good relationship with existing clients and adopt policy to hunt new ones.

Ensure collection of booking money, down payment and installments in time.

Follow-ups, correspondences, and documentations on regular basis with client.

Global Premium Accessories Ltd. is a growing supplier to the garments industry. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Deputy Manager / Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive-Marketing to join our Marketing team and ensure smooth Garments accessories (Sewing Thread, Twill Tape, Draw String, Draw Cord, Elastic, Elastic Tape, Elastic Cord, Jacquard Elastic, Elastic Belt, Woven Elastic, Woven Belt, Piping Cord, Printed Label, Rip Tape) marketing. The ideal candidate should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan in a garments manufacturing environment. Main Responsibilities

Must be a very good Sound knowledge of Garments accessories (Sewing Thread, Twill Tape, Draw String, Draw Cord, Elastic, Elastic Tape, Elastic Cord, Jacquard Elastic, Elastic Belt, Woven Elastic, Woven Belt, Piping Cord, Printed Label, Rip Tape) on local marketing.

Ability to take the challenge to achieve the target

Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.

Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

Answer questions about products or the company.

Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the marketing & sales process.

Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Enter and update customer information in the database.

Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Must be Target Oriented.

Responsible to achieve individual target.

Keep records of calls and Marketing and note useful information.

Must be a very good corporate marketing, planning and implementation.

Daily marketing reporting to General Manager & Managing Director.

Maintaining and increasing marketing of your company's services.

Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Assist management in developing and implementing market strategies and targets.

Collecting customer feedback and market research.

Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support production and maintenance.
