Experience:

Experience Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in HR, Admin, and Compliance.
Industry Expertise: The applicants must have experience in Garments or Garments Accessories manufacturing.

Must be physically fit, smart, and capable of handling high-pressure security situations.

Job Context: Global Premium Accessories Ltd. is seeking a disciplined, energetic, and highly responsible individual to lead our HR, Admin, and Compliance operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the Garments/Accessories manufacturing industry with a strong command over factory administration, labor law compliance, and disciplinary management.
Job Responsibilities
HR Operations & Management:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for factory workers and staff aligned with production demands.
Manage timekeeping, attendance systems, leave management, and ensure 100% payroll accuracy.
Maintain personal files, HRMS/ERP data, and MIS reports regularly.
Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution efficiently.
Execute performance appraisal processes and skill development initiatives.
Compliance & Audit Management:
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (and amendments), Factory Act, and International Standards (BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, etc.).
Lead internal compliance audits, risk assessments, and prepare corrective action plans (CAP).
Liaise with government officials (Labor Dept., Fire Service) and external auditors/buyers during inspections.
Ensure Workplace Safety, Fire Safety, and Health & Hygiene standards are strictly followed.
Administration & Security Oversight:
Leverage strong leadership (or military experience) to maintain high standards of discipline and security across factory premises.
Oversee facility management including housekeeping, transport, canteen, and dormitory (if applicable).
Manage security personnel, access control, and emergency protocols (Fire, Theft, Unrest).
Monitor administrative budgets, asset management, and vendor contracts.
