We are looking for a Senior Manager - Total Rewards & Performance Management - to join our Human Resource team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Compensation Design & Benchmarking
Design and maintain competitive, equitable, and compliant salary structures for all roles.
Conduct benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and market alignment.
Ensure pay decisions are merit-based and free from bias or unethical practices.
2. Benefits & Incentives
Oversee employee benefits programs.
Design incentive programs for operations, and leadership roles.
Review benefit utilization for competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
3. Recognition & Rewards Programs
Develop and manage recognition programs linked to performance outcomes.
Partner with the Employee Experience team to embed recognition into company culture.
Align long-term incentive programs with organizational strategy.
4. Payroll Governance (with Finance)
Ensure accurate and timely payroll governance in collaboration with Finance.
Maintain compliance with taxation and statutory regulations.
Safeguard payroll integrity and ensure readiness for audits.
5. Performance Management
Design and manage the company-wide performance management framework.
Implement evaluation systems across all functions.
Coordinate annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles, calibration, and feedback sessions.
Provide analytics on performance distribution, high/low performers, and performance-pay alignment.
Ensure that the Oracle PMS module is strictly followed, and that employee goals, targets, and evaluation measures fully align with those defined in the system.
6. Compliance & Rewards Governance
Own and update SOPs, policies, and processes for compensation, benefits, and performance.
Ensure total rewards and performance practices comply with minimum wages board, labor laws and industry benchmarks.
Accept full accountability for governance, compliance, and ethical execution of all rewards and performance initiatives.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
6 - 10 years of experience in C&B or Total Rewards, with exposure to performance management in BPO/IT.
Strong knowledge of compensation design, payroll governance, and performance frameworks.
Experience with HR systems, payroll, and analytics tools.
Required Skills:
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
Expertise in performance management systems (OKRs, KPIs, calibration methods).
Strong understanding of labor laws, taxation, and compliance.
Ability to enforce fairness and transparency in pay and performance decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Excel, HR analytics, payroll, and performance tools.
Job Location: Dhaka (Frequent visits to our head office and branch offices)
