Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Strategic HR Management

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives

    • Advise senior management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development

  2. Recruitment & Staffing

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (Retail, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Admin, Factory)

    • Conduct interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding of new employees

    • Maintain talent pipeline for critical positions

  3. Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Build a positive work environment to boost employee morale and productivity

    • Handle grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution

    • Organize employee engagement activities, team-building sessions, and recognition programs

  4. Compliance & Labor Law

    • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor law and company policies

    • Manage inspections, audits, and social compliance (if applicable for factory or warehouse operations)

    • Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory filings

  5. Performance & Training

    • Implement performance management systems and KPI tracking

    • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs

    • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching

  6. Payroll & Benefits Management

    • Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration

    • Ensure timely payment of salaries, incentives, and bonuses

    • Implement welfare, attendance, and leave policies

  7. Health, Safety & Welfare

    • Ensure workplace safety compliance

    • Promote employee health, safety, and welfare initiatives

  8. HR Policies & Reporting

    • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures

    • Prepare management reports, HR analytics, and dashboards

    • Advise management on HR trends, risks, and recommendations
