Experience:
MBA/Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Management/Business Administration from any recognized university with no third division.
Sound knowledge on latest Bangladesh Labor Law and regulatory guidelines.
Ability to guide staff, manages teams, and implements strategic HR initiatives.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in any reputed Bank/Financial Institution, MNC or corporate houses with at least 04 years in a managerial role. Must possess a strong understanding of HR functions and industry best practices.
Technical:
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess good employee interaction and administrative skills.
Manage employee acquisition cycle, including job postings, interviews, and meet staff needs as per company policy.
Act as a bridge between management and employees, address grievances and resolve, and foster a positive work culture.
Administer payroll, health insurance, and employee compensation packages.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and internal company and regulatory policies.
Implement performance appraisal systems and facilitate professional development initiatives.
Develop HR initiatives that align with company goals to improve retention and productivity.
